Four Months Old

Desi turned 4 months old today. There she is with her Daddy (who's soaked from the rain today).

It's been a fun week leading up to today. Desi's learning to hold her bottle.
Desi went to Gah San to visit Jah Gung's grave this weekend.
Hanging out.

Tummy time!

Airee came over to play.

Three Months Old - September 2008

Since I've been back to work, we haven't really done anything that warrants it's own post, but Desi's been growing and becoming more and more active. The nanny takes pictures of her during the day so we don't miss anything. She's constantly talking, playing and laughing. Here are some pictures of Desi this month.

Trying to sit up.

Hanging out with Daddy and Mommy in the office.
Enjoying the pool.

Playing with Uncle Andre.
I can't wait for her 4 month doctor visit to see how big she's gotten!

Growing Up

Desi continues to grow and amaze us every day!

Here she is looking like her daddy (pose and all).
Hanging over daddy's shoulder. That might be a little fear in her face though- it's high!
Watching the toy I was rattling.
Learning to sleep in her crib.
Her cheeks continue to grow too. :)

Sunday mornings are the best time to hang out in bed and play.
and play...
and pose!

A Few Visitors

We were luckily enough to have a few visitors we haven't seen in a while stop by to see Desi the past couple of weeks. First the Wiggins family from Pennsylvania stopped by for a short visit. It was great to see them and their beautiful girls.
Then the Tikasingh family hung out with us on labor day. Their new baby boy, Danny (love the name), is only a couple weeks younger than Desi. No, her Daddy is not ready to marry her off just yet!

Toronto, Canada

We were lucky enough to be able to travel to Toronto for a week before I went back to work to celebrate Uncle Bruce Price's 60th Birthday.

Desi's first plane ride. She slept most of the way and she was great when she was awake.
Hanging out with Auntie Riaza.
Happy Birthday Uncle Bruce!

The Price clan eating (we did a lot of eating!).
All dressed up for the big party.
She slept through most of the party (with the loud music and all).
Getting ready for some yummy cake.
Checking out the sites in Toronto. This is at Harbourfront on Lake Ontario.
Colin pretending to hold up the CN Tower.
Enjoying ourselves at a family friend's house.
Desi hanging out with Grandma and Auntie Shelia.
Desi and I slept on one bed at the hotel and Daddy slept on the other.

We had to make sure that Desi was dressed for the slightly cool weather up there.
We went to the Toronto Zoo. Boy is it big!

And we went to Unionville to walk up and down and eat some lunch.

Just looking cute.
Again, around the dining table...
The formal photo.
Finally back home wearing her Roots onesie. Thanks Price Family for a great time. Hope to see you all real soon! xoxo

First Day Back to Work

I went back to work today. No fun. It's very sad to leave Desi. Thank god we aren't that busy and I was able to come home early. I'm taking it day by day. People don't tell you how hard this part is...
